1. General
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter – the “Policy”) describes how Smartmind LLC (hereinafter – the “Company”) processes personal data of users (hereinafter – the “User”) of its websites, services, products and the ADM Connect mobile application (collectively – the “Services”).
By using the Services, the User confirms that they have read and agreed to this Policy. If the User does not agree with the Policy, they must refrain from using the Services.
2. Data we collect
The Company may process the following categories of personal data:
- identity and contact details (name, surname, phone number, email address);
- vehicle data (VIN, make, model, color, year of manufacture, and other details);
- location data of the vehicle and telematics events (when enabled by the User and/or our clients);
- technical and usage data (device information, IP address, app usage logs, cookies, analytics data);
- other data provided by the User in the course of using the Services.
3. Purposes of processing
The Company processes personal data in order to:
- provide and operate the Services, including ADM Connect;
- register and authenticate Users, manage accounts and subscriptions;
- integrate with telematics devices, dealers, banks and other partners;
- communicate with Users (support, notices, updates, service messages);
- improve and develop the Services, run analytics and statistics (on anonymized/aggregated data);
- comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
4. Legal basis and consent
The Company processes personal data on the basis of:
- performance of a contract or pre‑contractual steps with the User or our clients;
- legitimate interest (e.g. security, service improvement, statistics);
- consent, where required by applicable law (e.g. marketing communications).
In many B2B scenarios, the Company acts as a processor on behalf of its clients (e.g. automotive groups, dealers, banks). In such cases, the client acts as the data controller and is responsible for collecting appropriate consents from end‑users.
5. Data sharing
The Company may share personal data with:
- its clients (automotive groups, dealers, banks, telematics operators) as part of the Services;
- service providers (hosting, analytics, communication, security) under data processing agreements;
- credit bureaus and financial institutions, when explicitly requested by clients and permitted by law;
- public authorities, when required by applicable laws and regulations.
Personal data may be processed in different jurisdictions. Where required, the Company takes measures to ensure adequate protection of personal data in cross‑border transfers.
6. Retention
The Company retains personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, for the duration of the contractual relationship with the User or client, and as required by applicable law. After that, data is deleted or anonymized.
7. User rights
Depending on the jurisdiction, Users may have the right to:
- request access to their personal data;
- request rectification or deletion of personal data;
- object to or restrict certain types of processing;
- withdraw consent, where processing is based on consent.
Requests can be sent to: privacy@smartmind.uz. If the User is an end‑user of a solution provided by one of our clients (e.g. a dealer or bank), the User may also contact that client directly as data controller.
8. Security
The Company applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access.
9. Cookies and tracking technologies
The Company may use cookies and similar technologies on its websites and in ADM Connect to remember User preferences, improve the Services and collect anonymized statistics. Third‑party services (e.g. analytics, advertising) may also set their own cookies.
Users can manage cookie settings in their browser. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of some parts of the Services.
10. Changes to this Policy
